Ya.. Precisely u have to move on & dun give a damn abt dem. The more you do, the more they tot it's yr responsibility. When u get things right, they will tends to take it for granted. When things get wrongs, u will see how they play 'taiji' in the office. So why u should bother abt it when it isn't your company after all.
